So after the outing with Clay went all right, things got better around the house. Matt seems to tolerate Taj better and isn't so resentful anymore. He talks to his father on the phone frequently and seems happy. Madison really doesn't care much about having Clay around and talks to him when he asks to speak to her. I decided to throw them a big birthday party since they would soon be middle schoolers. I called everyone in the immediate family to invite them to the party.....Clay of course couldn't make it.
I've been feeling pretty ill lately and I wonder if I'm pregnant......Taj would be over the moon if I am......I mean I would be happy too......but the idea of starting over with a small baby isn't all that appealing to me......but hey RJ just had another baby so if I am, I am!
I really miss hanging out with my sister. I knew that when we moved out, things would change and we wouldn't talk as much as when we were living together. But I talk to her on the phone everyday and we try to have lunch once a week. It's hard with our busy schedules, but so far we have kept our bond strong.
Madison was first to blow out her candles and she was so excited about leaving elementary school behind! She loved the friends she had made, but because she studies so hard at home, she's well ahead of most of the other kids and middle school will present a challenge for her.
Next was Matt. He just wanted to be old of enough to go out on his own and have fun! I figure he will be the one giving me and Taj the most trouble!
Of course my parents came to the party. Doesn't my mom look cute in RJ's clothes? She really is a beautiful and strong woman. She has to be to put up with my dad! He too was looking pretty suave. In his older age, he's stopped dressing so rock and looks more his age now.
RJ's daughter Amara is so cute! I'm sure her little sister Arlena will grow up to look alot like her as well. She has so much energy and is just a joy to be around. She's alittle sad that the twins are so much older than her. She's afraid that they won't want to play with her now that they are older. Hopefully they won't forget about her! But she has plenty of other cousins who are her age to play with.
RJ came back beautifully after her pregnancy, huh? She exercises alot as it is and sweats alot of the pounds off in their in home sauna....maybe me and Taj should invest in one......
Donte is still just as silly as he ever was.....I'm really happy that RJ found someone who makes her so happy. And he's just a great dad to Amara and Arlena....poor guy....surrounded by females!
And here is my little Madison all grown up.....Yes I know, she looks just like me! It's amazing how many of my features she has. She still has a little of Clay in her and it's visible too. She's going to be a little heartbreaker.
And Matthew is handsome! It pains me to say this, but he looks just like Clay.....you know minus the pointy chin! He seems to be a pretty easy-going young man and he just really wants to have fun.
Madison cornered my dad and was already asking about learning to drive! Dad said he would definitely be leaving that to Taj or Clay! He had enough trouble when me and RJ learned to drive!
The party went smoothly and ended early since it was still a school night. After cleaning up I hopped into bed only to awaken a few hours later with a sudden urge to puke.....yea, I'm definitely pregnant......well Taj will be thrilled when I tell him.....goodie......
I woke up this morning fully intending to tell Taj the good news, but he was gone. Guess he had to leave for work early.....oh well it's not like I'll be any less pregnant when he gets home from work, right?
The twins headed off to school with Matt complaining about attending a private school. He said he didn't think he would get a better education just because we had to shell out money for him to go to the school. He wanted to be in a public school with regular students instead of the snooty kids of the elite citizens of LaQuest Beach.....I told him to shut up and go to school.....hormones, what can I say?
Madison doesn't really care what school she attends. Her concern is redecorating her room.....It's all of a sudden too "little girlish" for her.....I think it's good that I'm having another baby.....because I'm about to kill a set of twins!
As I'm outside going over drills to teach to the team, guess what happens? How long is this freaking morning sickness going to last?!

Ugh, the poor girl! Morning sickness does suck! LOL Lucky for them it's only a few days, not months...:)
ReplyDeleteI know! Most sims I have will throw up the one time , at the most twice, but until her belly popped the first time she was racing for the nearest bathroom!
